Facilities
Accommodation:
We adhere to R.S.P.C.A rabbit and guinea pig hutch guidelines.
All rabbit boarders depending on size are kept in 4ft - 5ft long hutches with a separate sleeping compartment and are exercised daily in large runs.
Guinea pigs are kept in 3ft - 4ft long hutches.
Timothy hay and straw is supplied as bedding. Extra bedding is provided during the autumn and winter months.
During the winter the hutches will be keep inside a shed.
Heat pads can be requested for an extra £1.00 a night to ensure all bunnies and guinea pigs are snug and warm.
Nutrition:
All boarders receive fresh water, hay, food and vegetables daily.
I am able to provide for bunnies that eat Burgess Excel and guinea pigs that eat Supa Guinea Pig Excel, any other food brands will need to be supplied for the duration of the stay.
To make your small animal feels at home, please bring with you:
· Their own food bowls & water bowls
· Their own toys
· If your bunny is on medication please bring this with you.
· Please also give me a list of your bunny’s and guinea pigs favorite veggies.
All bunnies are checked over twice a day for fly strike. I also offer an additional nail clipping service FREE of charge if requested by the owner.
